A generous system to support the dreams of Bangladeshi youth

Steps before technical intern trainees go to Japan

rigorous selection of documents

We check not only the entry sheet but also the transcript of the Japanese language test and the health certificate during the application screening.

STEP
1

Interview by Japanese staff

Japanese staff will assess whether the student can cope with life in Japan, etc.

STEP
2

Follow-up with Families of Successful Applicants

We will also conduct interviews to confirm whether the family members are comfortable with the environment and are convinced that they can be sent home after passing the selection process.

STEP
3

Pre-arrival training (5-6 months) in a boarding school

The following items will be provided to successful applicants who have confirmed their will and that of their family members, through our unique curriculum at our residential training center.

  • Japanese language (N5~N4)
  • Japanese culture (Japanese etiquette, etc.)
  • Japanese lifestyle and customs (cleaning, laundry, cooking, etc.)
  • Technical training tailored to the type of work
  • Other skills such as how to live in a group.
STEP
4

Final check before coming to Japan

At the end of the approximately six-month training period, trainees take the JPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) and undergo a medical examination, and those who meet the company's standards are sent to Japan as technical intern trainees.

STEP
5

Cooperation with management organizations after arrival in Japan

Even after the technical intern trainees are safely sent out, we work closely with the management organization to check on their movements.
If there are any problems, we will deal with them in cooperation with the staff of the group companies.
