Joint Venture Contract Signing Ceremony for Kaicom and Watami Held in Bangladesh

On January 26, 2023, at Nascent Gardenia Hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Kaicom Solutions Japan BD Co.,Ltd. and Watami Group held a joint venture agreement signing ceremony and simultaneously announced the establishment of Kacom DREAM STREET Co.,Ltd.(KDS)

The ceremony welcomed Mr. Kiminori Iwama, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh, Mr. Tomohide Ichiguchi, Director, JICA Bangladesh Office, Mr. Yuji Ando, Director, JETRO Dhaka Office, and Mr. Miki Watanabe, founder of Watami Group and former Diet member, as special guests.

From Bangladesh, we welcomed Mr. Abdul Kader, Under Secretary, Ministry of Resident Welfare and Overseas Employment, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and Mr. Mallick Anwar Hossain, Managing Director, Bangladesh Overseas Employment And Service Limited (BOESL).
and We were also joined by high-ranking officials from both the Japanese and Bangladeshi governments, as well as 15 representatives and business leaders from Japanese companies who have been involved in human resource development in Bangladesh for many years.

The program began with a welcome speech by Mr. Jun Oneda, President and KDS Chief Director of Watami Agent Co.
The closing speech was delivered by Mr. Das Anjan, Founder of Kaikom Group and KDS Managing Director, who explained the mission and vision of KDS, followed by the MoU signing between the two parties with all attendees watching after the ceremony.

KDS mission is to support Bangladeshi youth in their pursuit of Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW).
